I think it is about right
Most of those titles don't exist at QC. Also it's not clear on those are base or inclusive of rsus, options, and bonuses. It's possible for an average Staff engineer to make less than a high performing Senior engineer. So title on its own doesn't necessarily mean more money. I think all the support titles are non-exempt which means they get paid hourly and get overtime but they also get no bonus or stocks.
