CVX Clown car... is that my car pool? Just look at the job titles and ask WTF? What do these folks do to add value to the bottom line? For every action there should be a reaction like - What are you doing to contribute to improved value, reduced costs or adding to our revenue? Look around folks and ask that question? Please don't come to me with another process or another buzzword. We got layers of non-revenue activities underway that can't be stopped. That's where the chopping should begin.

071: Google, Bing and many other search engines seem to have mastered that. Maybe give you ITC turkeys another 10 years and you can do a half decent job at it. Not so much now, however.

Keep in mind that OneSearch only returns the garbage that is there. No search engine will fix a problem that has individual behavior as its root cause. Do a search for "title goes here" and be stunned with the results. You cannot tell me that individuals who had to write term papers for their graduate and undergraduate degrees are incapable of knowing how to A: Name a document. B: Choose 3 words or phrases that best describe what's in it. Think about it, you'll spend 10 minutes looking for a document that you did not have 30 seconds to properly tag.
I have several younger co-workers who decided to put their hands up, and leave. They found jobs within days of looking. I have another co-worker who went through the process, got a job, and gave his notice shortly thereafter, he got a new job outside of Chevron. I have another co-worker, who has saved Chevron over 17 million over the past 5 years, she is fed up and is leaving for another job. Chevron has put together a management team of people who can't or have never done the job they are trying to manage. I am looking forward to starting my new job after Thanksgiving.
Repost- Right ITC world class, 255 pages of org chart, but no one can fix OneSearch so that it doesn't spit out garbage results. ITC is the biggest joke in the cvx clown car.

Well, by reorienting key value drivers with a keen focus on strategic framing, I inspired the leveraging of best practices and core competencies across the enterprise. This led to an R&A and, most importantly, to the impactful result of this project - a 3 point contact sign on the garage stairwell.
A colleague and I both worked together to collect data and together save the company more money that our wages for a few years....but that's none of my business now.....
