BMC is by far the very best micro Managers in this company, we have a report to fill out that tracks every minute of your day. So counter productive, they hide in there offices and look at reports and scratch there heads. Clueless, incompetent, worthless manager. Boise and Phoenix tied for #1.

It is true (not IF it's true). They have to do things like this to justify their own business existence. If they were as competent as they pretend to be then the company brand wouldn't be as poor (in terms of reputation) as it is. They'll never look at themselves though. Pathetic is the best way to describe them.
If this is true how sad of a company, get out.
