im still noticing price changes upwards on a daily basis....where are the lower prices?

It's because (A) The "lower prices" thing is a fairy tale and (B) The "technology" thing, where the entire company is going to be a guinea pig for some untested new product implementation by former Oracle execs, sounds like starting a vacation by flying the Hindenburg to the launch of the Titanic and (C) Investors aren't impressed with the company's leadership or its accounting. DIG THIS: The company leases stores, distribution centers, bakehouses and administrative facilities under operating leases, not capital leases. If you ever lack excitement in your life, dig into this concept and you will find that it's a loophole big enough to fly a private jet through. It's legal, but it's a gray area. If the company is being shopped around, buyers aren't going to overlook this.
