We learned that senior leadership uses different rules when evaluating their performance. When talking about sales declines with previous leadership they said sarcastically and while laughing, you can’t sell what you don’t have, this bluebook is out of date etc. When evaluating their own performance they say it is market forces beyond their controls. Follett family this is your wake up call. If you want to have a business in a few years make changes now. Schenk was the wrong guy to get rid of.
