You should go. They put you on the list of people they can live without. They won't forget that the next time they make cuts. If you leave now, you'll go with some money in your pocket and an end to the constant worry about layoffs. You won't have to ride this roller coaster again in a few months, and you can start a new job before Christmas. Next time, there may not be a severance package, now that the company is posting losses. Count your blessings that you get a choice, then get started on the next stage in your life.
Get the hell out of there.....they are going to sink anyway. Better to get a jump on the job market now while you still can!!!
What are the options in the "voluntary " severance package? I wonder if they will extend that offer to ACs and FAs
