Can we start a little tally of all of the beer/wine specialist positions that were consolidated? From what I can tell, almost all of these positions were consolidated, and the TMs offered a severance. Do y'all know of any beer specialist and wine specialist positions that still exist as separate positions? I am aware of one instance in which the positions have remained intact, the buyers offered no severance, and the positions have effectively been consolidated through scheduling necessities. Input? Assistance? Ideas that might lead these specialists out of that nightmare position and inevitable slaughter and into a severance package?????

This has not happened at my store in the DFW area. Not sure why.

"Team restructure" is a global effort- if you haven't had this happen in your region - brace for it.
MA consolidated.
Southwest region seems to be the only one affected by this particular problem.
Seeing this a lot in DFW metro.
