UOP should have a fiduciary responsibility to the American taxpayer because 90% of their revenue is derived from Title IV and DOD funds, to say nothing of the billions in post 911 monies not included in the 90/10 rule. Executives enrich themselves at the expense of poorly trained students, discharged employees, and defrauded taxpayers. UOP fits the definition of CRONY CAPITALISM. This dump will fail in a matter of months.
