They sent out an email asking for "volunteer resignations" with 4 weeks pay and a severance package. I would say that this is a way to get "voluntold" to leave before they force people out. I am not saying that UOP is a bad university either..but rather no longer the big fish in the Online pond and more and more competition with bigger names and cheaper tuition are taking a lot of the students. Best bet is to jump ship now and move on to other jobs I would say.
