No traditional school micromanages its admission's staff like UOP. Stop your boiler room tactics. 90% of your revenue comes from the government--no more sleazy pressure for "numbers". Send your anonymous complaints to DoE and the HLC ASAP.

Impact 360. Log everything you do, including going to take a piss. If that's not micromanagement I don't know what is. I'm expecting to be asked if I have a bladder infection if I go to the restroom more than twice per day.

Managers do nothing except for cause stress and send out stupid talk time . I say get rid those lazy shits. ER's can manage themselves just fine. Some managers think they rule the roost and yet they know nothing

OP - Your own words undermine your argument. The only similarity between U of P and traditional schools is that both have the word "University" in their names. From that point, everything from admissions standards (we have none) to academic quality (we have none) to the value of the degree (we have none) is different. If we employed the same relatively passive admissions procedures and management oversight as traditional schools, we would have even lower enrollment. I don't disagree that the in your face "coaching" is largely for show, but it does mean that no stone is left unturned in finding the next batch of minimally qualified, poorly prepared, Title IV-funded victims (crossout....."students").

Having one on one coaching is a way to justify managers' salaries since they do not have anything else to do. They should start by firing managers. There are many managers that are making six figures for implementing micromanagement tactics. It is pathetic.
