Fox News and Houston Business Journal just reported NOV filed Ch 11 in the 9th Circuit as of this morning in Califoria. Does it affect us in Orange? Will save our jobs? What remaining benefits are guaranteed under the Federsl protection program? Anyone had any further, legal update as to what options we will be able to use as they take control of the financials of this business segment???? Any advice, any outbreaking news on other locations? How would it agfect the next week's layoffs in GaoM?
