it appears like it just reinforced the hyper politically charged environment Qualcomm has been suffering with for the last 20 years. The same village Indians remained. The people who were vocal about the problems and didn't play the games had were axed (regardless of performance).
This is sad and disappointing. Qualcomm is on its last leg now. Morale is low and only getting worse.
