P. Asherman & C. Ray pretty much ruined the company. They bought Shaw for an inflated price and had no clue what they bought or how to run it. Shaw was making money before the buyout and CB&I drove it into the ground then sold it for what they could get. CB&I may not recover from their stupidity.
