can you come back after an incentivized leaves of absence? would slb guarantee your return in the future?

I am on iLOA. yeah, it is still better than being laid off, but there is no guarantee at all.

It's was 30% up front, 20% if and when you return, I believe.

They will not guarantee it but depending on what you sign they may tell you that you will be offered your position back if it's available at the time. Went through this with a competitor, it's all about timing, some folks returned, some folks could not return as they were returning as the market was bottoming

What insentives? 2 years pay? 1 years pay. How does this work? Are the giving out food stamps and housing allowance? Any one know details?

Death and taxes are a part of life and they are both guaranteed. If you are offered that incentive take it. Probably better than layoffs or fired.
