Ok everyone this is the facts that HR won't tell you so they don't have to pay if you don't ask...... YES they have to pay your PIP and your stretch if you qualify for it in your package, some HR personnel will say you need to be employed up to the 31st of Dec to receive PIP this is bull shit you are eligible for PIP on a prorator of the amount of the year you have worked assuming you have been laid of in November they factor you performance for 11 month of the year you can receive up to a maximum of 75% of your PIP on termination, I hope that helps get what you can from these pricks they have allocated $350 million for payouts this year don't let them keep any of your hard earned cash.

CPCB have been told that they will receive 7.5% PIP if they are made redundant on 21st December
I was made redundant in the UK on Jan 16th 2015, I got my full PIP for 2014 minus whatever the shortfall was in the financial incentive. Which was pretty fair when you consider that everyone left behind would have theirs subject to performance appraisals.
I knew someone who got laid off middle of Dec 2014 that received his PIP in 2015. I would suggest you clarify this with HR, get it in writing like an email response, before signing your release form. They might forget items of interest to you such as vacation and such...
You have to be employed with SLB for the full year in order to qualify for PIP, something HR tend to be silent about but read your package well before accepting anything from these snakes
You don't get PIP, you get ZIP
U mean after?
Only if laid off before December 31st you'll get your PIP
