If you get laid off before the holidays, we will pay you for those vacation days we'd otherwise force you to use. Little Timmy will certainly be expecting that shiny red toy fire truck, so just think of it as a gift from Paal.
If we don't lay you off until after the break, we are sorry that we can't refund those forced vacation days to you. However, I know you will be spending this time happily gathering around the fireplace singing joyful songs with your family.
