Make all your passwords the same.

You can even pay for an APP to do that for you!

No need to change any passwords, other than the scheduled password changes. I would highly recommend everyone to back up all the personal files, including personal emails contacts. Remove all the unneeded personal files and make them portable (easy to remove/backup. You will be asked to return the computer laptop and loss access to it immediately and are only allowed to copy your personal files so get a portable device ready all the time. Hopefully you don't have to many personal files as you are not given a lot of time for this. Some one will either watch you doing the copying or someone will do the copying for you. Be prepared.

Just change your name, then they will not be able to find you.
