Announced today on KUSI news. Another layoff coming. Over 1300 people. See link. Just happened this morning.

I hear same as others are saying, announcement mid or late January for a March layoff.
I think they'll tread lightly until the 820 is out the door. After that, I foresee a layoff twice the size of the last one.

No announcements in Dec, They lack ethics, but they are not that stupid. It would be a PR nightmare.
