Have ya’ll heard any rumbling of GE Merging with Weatherford and or any discussion of GE picking up the divestitures from the HalliBaker deal.

From the outside looking in, I can see that we don’t look like a good buy. But we some high margin, high revenue business units that have large market share. Their revenues are just used to fuel new technologies to catch the eyes of investors. Plus with the Halli-Baker divestitures ya’ll are looking to pick up, we would be a good fit.

No, I work for WFT. A few months back we were audited by y'all and it is rumored there is a standing offer from GE on our CEO's desk. I'm just trying to connect some dots.

A few news reports on GE picking up HAL scraps because GE is the only one with cash to do it. HAL doesn't want to sell for pennies on the dollar but it is a buyer's market. As far as Weatherford goes, probably just wishful thinking on Weatherford's part. Of course, if GE did buy Weatherford, think of all those Weatherford jobs GE employees could take over.
