Nonsense!!! Cop is full of individuals, specifically managers and supervisors who can't seem to make any decisions that would otherwise help the company. We are always late and a dollar short on our decisions. We are always having meetings about previously meetings that we had in the past. How is that making decisions regarding millions of dollars, the answer is not going to change make a decisions and move on...morons!!!

Don't be so mean. This is not a mom-and-pop store which you can decide things in a matter of seconds. We're talking about multi-million dollars, at the minimum, but often times hundreds of millions of dollars decision. Of course, that would need extra assurance and control. I understand people's bitterness against COP's handling of layoffs. I too used to work for COP. But at least we can have some intelligent conversations if we have some good perspective on the issues.
Wait? These are the same people who cannot make small decisions without making a detailed power point, conducting at least 4 meetings and then running it up the ladder for permission....

Haha you can only get to be a supervisor or manager at cop if you are hard core kool-aid drinking!!! They listen to Lance who says oil prices will balance out next year! Haha I question what he means by balance out bc from my understanding there is no way it will balance out! Dream world living!
So our dumbass supervisors and managers in EF keep telling us that oil will be coming back up this year very strong!!! I'm like really! Do you not see the news about tankers full of oil all over the world, plus the ducks, and or over flowing inventories!! Get serious and quit bull shitting us.... Idiots!!!
