Thread regarding Helmerich & Payne Inc. layoffs

Do not work in this hell hole. Their work culture is so disgusting makes you want to puke. They do "buddies" networking. So if you are not in the circle of a certain group your out of luck when it comes to promotions, and other merits. They have poor methods on how they determine bonuses because I asked my boss one time how they come up with figures and this big fool couldn't tell me and said that it's not up to him how they calculate or formulate it.. I don't trust this man after he demonstrated so many discrepancies about himself. Management shows favoritism, and biased judgement.
