In my PSL all the hard-working people were let go, but the ass kissers and mid-level managers (team leads, etc) who do not do any jobs stay.
now we have more managers than workers. that is ridiculous.

If you were written up for sexual harassment, sick days etc..you stayed.

It didn't make any difference if you spent down time at DMC painting lines and mopping, those are the ones shown the door. Brown Noser's that smoked all night and played on their phones were kept (in several cases I know of).
