OK, Plano Corporate office is the worst company to work for and it's team of wolves the behaviors of the managers are at a 2nd grade level. If you are smart and get the work done with no problem they treat you as if you must work harder to make up for every person not working. I've never been at a job that as long as if your gay you get prosperity treatment. Most of the males in leadership position or all jerks. The rumors and mess that the managers and associates keep going on is insane and ridiculous. When you have a merge you don't keep the worst people from Countrywide that were not caught in The scandals. They pride themselves on the stories on how they work while working and doing evil for Countrywide. All demons need to be in hell with they daddy Lucifer!

Soooo true about the awful countrywide people at the bank! It's a nightmare. They stick together and get rid of good people everyday.
Michael D. Brown, Vijay, Nellie and Wendy are all managers for my team. And my managers say play along to keep your jobs and that we are safe just continue to recreate work and look busy. I may work two or three new files for FHA or CWCOT because the work continues to be rerouted over and over each day. As long as we getting paid just to do nothing. (I'm GOOD) I am so glad I work from home in not in the office. Scott is our Department Manager and he is cool with it all, in fact to get annual bonus to do nothing is "A" ok for me, Plus OT! I am riding it out to the end! I love my job, we stick together and create work just to pretend their is work! If somebody snitches about not working or too many lunch breaks and shaving time on time sheet we set them up to get fired. That's the Countrywide Mafia style of this game we win!
