The managers in IT (Houston and Denver) is not qualified for their position. The director and vp is a total joke! They have no idea what's going on in their own department, just likes playing politics, BS GAP and BS Breakthrough Thinking.
Here's a "breakthrough thinking" , get rid of them all and hire replacements with proven track record of managing technical professionals.
