Trust me. A douche-bag in a leadership position has zero time to mastermind a plan to ruin the life of people. The problem is when the douche-bag is confronted with a decision to make, most of the time he/she will make the decision where the people matters the least. There is a big difference between being a leader and be a douche-bag and happen to be placed in a leadership positions. Target and Target India have abused of the latter scenario and that is why the company is in the tank.
