So I know from very reliable source that there is a cost cutting event/request on or around 11-17-2015 and there is a request to cut 15 to 20% off projects etc.
Has anyone heard this or have any more specifics or Intel?

On November 17th Oxy is doing a company wide Cost Reduction stand down.....they are looking at how to reduce costs any/everywhere.
