Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

severance question

So, I mailed my multi-page signature document back to them, a couple of weeks ago and I've yet to get the money BUT my paperwork actually says that they have up to 21 days from RECEIPT of the document to deposit the money. Anyway, I of course did not send it certified mail (stupid I know) and now want to call and make sure they received it......MY QUESTION is weather it's Global I should be calling? If so, does anyone know which department/prompt? Their phone menu is in-depth, to say the least and I don't want to waste time getting routed to the wrong voicemail.

My signed packet was received on October 22, and I'm still waiting. They must have a lot of packets to process. According to the NYTimes two days ago, they laid off closer to 3,000 people.

Try the Lamar number and extension 580. Don't remember her name, but she seemed to really care. At least it's a start.

I actually have been tracking through the store benefits specialist. She gets updates from our regional HR coordinator - who is processing all the severances in our region. I would go that route first if you can
