There was a huuuuggggeeee shakeup back in 2005 when Gary Rodkin came on board as CEO. Things were turned upside down. He came in and changed things up in a good way - he had some outstanding ideas on moving the company forward and improving it. His lieutenants sabotaged a lot of changes he wanted to implement, that's why we have this stupid situation where things are frozen in time
