What is the likelihood of Capital One layoffs in McLean in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

We have it that in Jan 2016 there will be a large layoff in the Knolls Campus in Glen Allen, VA requiring law enforcement presence. Local police have been contracted for that day to assist security. Good Luck
