What is the likelihood of Charles Schwab layoffs in San Francisco in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

You sound like a loser. Schwab overall is glad you were let go in 2016.
Schwab is the worst company I ever worked for in my 30 years of IT career. At first, they claimed that it would free up my time to focus on the important jobs after they have me trained, and hand my job off to the India Offshore. Then, they tried to fire me with poor quarterly performance review / evaluation, saying I was not cooperating to bring the value to the team or the company. After I threaten to sue them, my work life was miserable until the layoff announcement came at the end of the year. I am so glad that I got the package and am with a whole lot better working condition. Now, I felt so sorry for all employees who work there.
Possible and likely. 2016 will be pretty bad.
