Just read on an inter-company message that all managers are receiving raises and bonus' for 'all the hard work' they've done to save the company money. Basically for laying off thousands of employees. Doesn't seem right.

that happens in every company ... when they reduce cost by laying off thousands of workers the managers are rewarded
