From SM body language it looks either he is unaware of issues or he don't care. He seems to live in some kind of illusion that all is well.
Regarding him not believing his own people, now I know why my manager keeps on saying " every one is replaceable " becoz he don't think us as his assets and its coming from top like SM, Murty, EricD.

SN is a jerk in class of goigle, fb, apple ceos. That guy doesn't even want to be compared to those companies top head. He knows he will get an F if compared. His entire theme today was to infuse a round of optimism in remaining employee. Well, if he is so optimistic, then why does he need to cut stock compensation for same employee. The desparacy to keep everyone motivated was throwing is face from mirror. And he is such a jerk. He gave out company secret that someone had to stand up and remind him to shut up. I don't know where the stock will land now that this secret is out. No wonder, these people can't cut a deal with Samsung.
