Light up a big blunt , drink a 40oz ,and go medieval on there ass when they say NO NO NO. Its sad when you have 100 out of 600 being mgmt. at one of cags largest plants. That's why they are cutting jobs.

Maybe if cpg companies actually employed people with knowledge in food we wouldn't resort to using idiotic sayings like "real food"... Fairly certain all food is "real"
I would make good food that people like to eat. It's as simple as that, stick with the basics.
First get rid of Sean Con-man-olly. Then get back to the basics of being #1 again. which by the way we have done that BEFORE Sean came along. He makes it sound like ConAgra is a total loss full of losers that are not successful at all. Well guess what dude - this company is over 100 yrs old and was going strong before the "Con-nam" came along.
Start by getting rid of Sean Connolly, who wants to turn ConAgra into Kraft-Heinz 2.0. Then start making real food without huge ingredient lists and actually spend money on delivering quality products people want.
Stupidity spending, management at Hebrew national, they complain about money and are laying people off, but call in others from another shift early to waiver other out and then keep people over, why pay overtime to several to let a couple people go home early, and the stupid bravo cards, tv's in the break rooms, spend money on stupid shit
