All student center/PAR calls are being directed towards Phoenix first. Ask your manager what is going on. We deserve to know. These are our jobs and many of the SAs have families. Transparency should be required. Ask questions, don't let it happen while you sit on the side and accept it.

These WCT's keep getting routed right into my bum bum! My prostate has been doing an awesome job of finding the true reasons that our "students" so desperately need an education. You're welcome.

It cannot be argued that Warm Call Transfers have been WAY down. There's something going on and we're all being kept in the dark.
