It's embarrassing to have vendors and guests come through this plant. Changes need to be made soon. In addition to looking like a train wreck this facility produces poor quality equipment and holds the worst safety record of any SLB facility. Hope someone wakes up.

The culture that the management team at facility creates is one that does not sustain improvement .
They spend an absorbent amount of money to create a change that will only be a short term solution .
It's a free for all so that certain people within that group can move to the next level only .
I love when they announce people are coming that they feel are important .
Hurry up and clean it up so we can make an impression .
