I know thats right baby. Boy ain't that truth right there honey. Stupid people put more stupid people into management positions just cause they be kin folk friends or family. Then be walking run like they own shit and the company and bullying and mobbin others just cause they ain't worshipped like they want well people in hell want ice water to!!!
Ethics is a f***ing joke at NOV, I have personally seen it, people hire in at an upper management, which is ok, but then bring in friends for lower management = manager \supervisor that do not even have a clue what they are doing in that department, while people on the floor are not even givin an oppertunity to apply for the position, of course HR did not have a response for this, norr did top management at the facility..
It works if you are persistent and keep going up the ladder. Don't give up. It eventually gets the attention of upper management who do not want to be bothered and they make people below them who ignored you in the first place to listen and take action. Also the more the people who complain about a subject, the more they listen. It is worth it in the end.
