A H1b reform law was just drafted last week..... your state senators need to know what is happening so they can act appropriately and pass the bill into law and limit H1bs so they cannot replace you.

ATT does it all the time, no US citizens in many units within ATO, all foreigners ,I would say nothing is going to change, H1B, contract, Temp, less jobs wil be offered to US workers,

The DOL checks if you were REPLACED... According to law... no H1b employee can be placed in a client company if it has laid off an employee in the past 90 days or will layoff a employee in coming 90 days. There are teams whose jobs were directly replaced YES even in ATT. Saw it ..... KNOW it...

This will give the DOL statistics to work on. Please check the h1b reform that was sent to senate yesterday or today..... that had so many clauses to protect American workers and STOP OFFSHORING of these positions. The H1bs in a lot of groups and companies are being brought in to gather knowledge and create manuals to take back as part of offshoring. Whole departments were offshored in ATT this year and not many seem to be aware of what the companies and even their own company is doing.......

How does this complaint help a laid off employee. I know there are visa based employees in the same group as me with same title as me.
