There is too much buzz created about the layoffs. The rumors did attract attention of the people who make decisions. no doubt here. Unless they're completely blind and deaf. Now their silence and inaction are a bad sign. If you want your people to be productive, you don’t let them be worried about their jobs. If you want them working instead of sending resumes, you disprove such rumors. If you don’t, well… maybe those are not just rumors.
