Now over the last 12 years its been nothing but layoffs, outsourcing, hiring Temp workers anything to cut costs and increases Exectuive raises and perks
Some people are natural born leaders or take what they've learn and grow a company. Hooley clearly is CEO during trying times but he exacerbates and creates s hostile work environment for people just looking to have s nice career with s livable wage in Finance. It really shouldn't be that hard or difficult it's greed and a narrow optic that he has and it is truly destroying a once great financial institutions wake up Hooley before it's too late!
