Not bashing management, but just stating mere facts. :)
-When was the last time a SAM called failing students or aided by making calls for recruiting new students?? A true, good manager digs in & gets their hands dirty along with their team.

It always has a strange smell, and I don't think anybody in there knows why. They are all just robots spitting out what they're told from whoever they report to. There are so many inexperienced kids trying to be successful running the show, but they are just clueless. Yes - sad and very true. They need a major change at the top to hopefully turn that ship around in the right direction. Take some tips from Donald Trump on being successful. He knows!
