US oil producers operating in the Eagle Ford shale in South Texas built an inventory of nearly 1,400 drilled but uncompleted (DUC) wells, said an analysis from IHS, which noted that the most promising of these wells belong to a few operators.

US operator ConocoPhillips laid off over 1/3 of its completions group in the Eagle Ford.
Yeah I saw one of those operators are COP but they are still completing wells but at a much slower pace and selective wells. Just check the completion schedule.
