God only helps those who help themselves. You will not be able to walk straight for several weeks if got laid off. In the eyes of management you all are equal. All you have to do is keep those gang members in check with only a little smartness. They have wasted their lives doing the dirty politics and improving little of themselves and the company. Can you only not do just this much. They harrass management also. The management is on your side, believe me, even if they sound like they are on their. Make nov a better place again as it was 10 years ago

They forgot to tell us that so those big dogs can all bite us. And BTW, How are we supposed to stop them from laying off a facility, Oh Wise One.
We were warned to shut the f up or else NOV will void our severance agreement and take our severance money. Thats why everyone who's been laid off recently has shut the f up. You're next.
