Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Please review Follett as an employer - here are some of the popular sites - Glassdoor, Indeed, Monster....

If you're not familiar, just google those names, find and open the site, then use that sites search to locate Follett. Click on the stars-rating, or reviews hyperlinks to add your own feedback. It's crazy that Follett is carrying a 3 star rating on these sites. Let's fix that.

Follett deserves a low rating, much lower than a 3. I hope future prospects take those ratings seriously. Follett is an unethical company full of arrogant and insecure upper level management who have low-level integrity. I know I was targeted to be let go during lay-offs by a lowly and insecure director; not to mention incompetent. People still comment that they have no idea what he/she even does there. It is a shame when ego gets in the way of building a respected and productive group. I was very well liked across a large spectrum of groups, highly productive and put in 50 hr/wks constantly while others in the group left by 5 with much work undone.

So spend 5 minutes and tell it like it really is - or - was. The point is this....if the "follett" name is rated low on employment sites, then they are going to have to use blind ads and recruiters. They deserve a public reputation that reflects the way they treated the 600 store managers that fell in one day, and all the great people that have been treated horribly since.

Most of the reviews are from part time college students anyhow.
