I am interested to know. I read an article today about an O&G company that gave all its employees a $100,000 bonus for meeting its goals. Feels bad man.

They were giving away cookies at ASDA
Some carpet pilots got promoted in Houston.

I don't know of any. The company that you might be thinking of had a 3 to 5 year plan for that $100k bonus. They met all of their goals. No reason not to pay up. They are also one of the highest ranked companies to work for in Houston.
