Lawyer in boston....no contingency. ..they took these cases because they (firm) KNOW it was a postive outcome for them also ..this stuff is,real and if you think for a minute that it won't happen to you, your fooling yourself. .trust me, there is better company's out there who really DO work as,a team, and they don't play the favorite people game or B.S. you with just unattainable unrealistic goals... or make you think your next on the chopping block...REALLY , good companys!

I have inquired to a couple of firms who won't work on a contingency. They want a minimum of $5K. Stating that maybe we would get 10 -15K award. Didn't think it was enough money for them to just make fees and no big award. If anyone has attorney in central Mass that would take my case on a contingency fee I would like to talk with them. I am not aware of any #wronfultermination or #agediscrimination cases involving Staples

It will happen. From what I know of at least 3 ex g.m.'s have won against staples wrongful termination.Including age discrimination, if you have been with the co. Over 10 years you are on your way out. Keep everything written down, keep good notes, schedules, no one on floor payroll cuts, budjets, sales, csat scores reviews,,everything, you can not run a store properly by yourself without having a heart attack yourself
