Heritage Burlington Resource management has finally been purged from the company as has many of the heritage Phillips management that did not go with Phillips during the split. Was it due to age or performance?

I know of one that should be let go he was an ex Burlington guy.... Kind of has a Napoleon syndrome!!!!! Cut his ass very indecisive!!
More like, minimize our losses until we cut our dividend and then taken over.
Instead of getting back to being a money making great place to work, it is more like minimizing our (major) losses until we are taken over. Our new selling point, instead of 5% reduction growth, will be 5% reduction on our yearly losses.
