The person who replied to this post obviously does not know what they are talking about! Buyouts and severance in NOT just for people who don't make it out of the POD (I'm fact I'm not even sure they get any bc they were not there long enough). I worked there 9 months and got a buyout and severance and unemployment--best day of my life when I left the stressful place! My friend was there almost 2 years and got a buyout, severance and unemployment too.

Edmc only offer buyouts to people who sucked from the pod and never start a student who passes up to six months. If you're a decent AR who speaks up for yourself they find other ways to get you out like compliance. If you can meet your numbers and then some they will depend on you to start 5 or 6 students every start to make up for those AR's who can't start students. Look at the building they make us work in its a dump with rats, dirty window's, filthy carpets, the cafe is disgusting, and the bathrooms are like third world countries. They painted a couple walls a couple years ago lol
