The O&G industry is battered and beat down , many companies closed projects and all spending till 2016 . The planning and searching for answers will begin quickly .Will these majors get any budgets to do anything . The scenario does not play out well for Baker Hughes . Pushing the acquisition to April could just about finish Baker Hughes as a functioning company unless their customers get a budget to work with . This writer see's more doom and gloom for Baker and still more to be laid off. Between Halliburton and the divesture companies not many Baker employees will keep their jobs.
