Thank you for saving our schools and terminating all the worthless idiots over this last year. I for one was happy to see many of the people I had to work with lose their jobs. Hopefully you will get rid of a few more of the worthless pieces of crap that still work at my campus. It's like a lot of us here are saying, it was so nice that someone finally took the trash out. Now if would please get rid of a few more piles of garbage the rest of us can rebuild our schools.

I have plenty of self respect. Why would I want to work somewhere else when I'm making the kind of money I do here? You are right about one thing, I will do what ever is nessisarry to keep my job.
To 9rao - I suspect that you're one of the brain dead, brown-nosing miscreants who will do - and have done - anything to keep your miserable excuse of a job. Delaying a name change cost the school untold hundreds of enrollments, questioning management's sanity, judgment or both. Don't get too full of yourself. The fact that you are still there says little about your skillset, and volumes about your inability to get work elsewhere, and your complete lack of self-respect.

I just bought into the Zenith way of thinking. The CEO and President Dave Hawn doesn't give a crap about the employees so I just adopted his way of thinking. The more trash he gets rid of the better my chances are to keep getting a paycheck. You just need to brown nose your campus president and pass as many students as you can. That keeps the money flowing and you stay in good standings. I couldn't care less about the other employees, they need to learn how to take care of themselves.

I was laid off two years ago. Angry then, but now recognize the event for the blessing it was. I come to this site for the cheap entertainment factor. Sort of like a train wreck. You know you should look away, but you just can't..... Good luck to those still there. Watch your back.

It's amazing how the losers that were RIFed keep thinking Zenith is not going to make it. We are in great shape going into the new year since all the garbage was jettisoned. Maybe in a couple months some of you can apply for an open janitorial position. Move on and get a life losers.
Still getting a paycheck and benefits. The ones of us left will be rewarded for our dedication to the students and the company. Another nice thing is we're finally getting a raise after years without. That shows how much better Zenith is doing since getting rid of all the worthless employees.

You think you are a real college professor/chair/dean/etc. You are still a full time employee for fake school that is just taking money for nothing. Those of us gone are the real winners. The school has fashion majors, former retail sales people, running the business department, with no real knowledge of business, it has such ridiculous chairs and deans that it is a joke. The whole school is really a joke and those that are left are merely those that perpetuate the myth. Lets keep telling those students we steal money from that they are getting value and that you are "real" boys and girls. Measure your nose, or better yet take a long look in the mirror.

You know this is C. O. that posted this. That's her style , since she was at the bottom of her other past profession and then came to teaching to now ruin the department. She is one of the reasons why it is worthless to stay as a student at Everest. She has rid any experience from the teaching positions, so that only her cronies exist, no real experience at all.

A few more RIFs are needed to get rid of the rest of the dead wood then we'll be a the right size employee wise. Most of the RIFs are done. The student population is starting to rise and will continue to rise. Dave's gotten rid of the worthless people and worthless schools and the rest of us will be rewarded for our hard work and dedication. The losers are the ones that were deservedly put out with the trash.

Great post. I agree that most of the people that got RIFed needed to go. I also agree there is still more that need to be terminated. They did a fairly good job weeding out the trash and keeping us better employees. Now we can get that raise because they saved the money they were paying idiots. There are a few more at my campus that I hope get axed soon. Good job getting rid of all the waste of flesh Dave, now please finish the job.
