Honestly, I don't see why they hired more people than they originally planned, first they say there's going to be an "overload" of work-during this time of year-next year..what lies, the last time I saw-they were sending people home early because of low work. Why even hire MORE than planned? Its silly. Now, we are just over-staffed and wait for it, wait for it...the LAYS-OFF are coming! I bet they want to target the people that have been there for years-because "the longer they are at a job-the better they are at it" which means they don't want to give bonuses or raises to them. So, they hire a bunch of newbies and take advantage of them! Plus, some people don't mind working over-time, extra money, who doesn't like extra money...duh. And what??? Come, spring/summer..then what? Its the slowest time of the year..like one poster said, "Pump and Dump" I say, "Dump and Pump"

Some of us have been with Aetna a long time and are so overloaded and overworked (with NO OVERTIME, NO COMP TIME, etc.) and have been harassed out of our jobs. No need to pay unemployment or severance pay when forced out. Aetna truly sucks and their values, policies, etc. are totally worthless words. The company is run by sadistic psychopaths!
Where are you located? Just curious where they hired.
